Start time will be 6:30pm at the club – players should arrive at 6:15pm.
Players/Parents do not need to bring anything.
Players will be presented with their playing shirt and number – and those that have paid their full fees – will receive their polo/training shirt/shorts and socks.
There will be an opportunity to pay the last instalment on the night to allow players to receive their kit.
Full Canteen and BBQ facilities will be available.
There will be a designated table for each team for players.
Parents can take photographs if they wish.
